- Jazz Fest 2013 Dates
The first weekend of Jazz Fest 2013 runs from April 26th - April 28th. The second weekend of Jazz Fest 2013 runs from May 2nd - May 5th.
- 2013 Jazz Fest Tickets
Tickets for Jazz Fest are on sale now at Ticketmaster and the New Orleans Arena box office. Single day advance purchase tickets are $50.00 ($65.00 at the gate). Get more info on tickets and the various VIP packages at the Jazz Fest web site.
- Jazz Fest After Dark 2013

- Jazz Fest Express
Tickets are now on sale for the Jazz Fest Express, which provides roundtrip air-conditioned transportation to & from the Fair Grounds. Departure points are Steamboat Natchez Dock (French Quarter) and the Sheraton Hotel on Canal Street. Shuttle service starts at 10:30am and runs until all patrons have been transported from the Fair Grounds.

Cable channel AXS TV will provide coverage of Jazz Fest 2013 throughout the 7-day festival. From April 26 thru May 5, they will air live segments on their nightly AXSLive program. AXS TV will provide continuous live concert coverage starting Friday, May 3rd thru Sunday, May 5th. Read more here.

Big names for the first weekend of Jazz Fest include John Mayer, Gary Clark Jr., George Benson, Band of Horses, Joshua Redman, Billy Joel, Ben Harper & Charlie Musselwhite, Jill Scott, Andrew Bird, Eddie Palmieri, Dave Matthews Band, Earth Wind & Fire, B.B. King, and Dianne Reeves.
The second weekend's lineup includes Patti Smith, Widespread Panic, Willie Nelson, Jimmy Cliff, Maroon 5, Fleetwood Mac, Phoenix, Frank Ocean, Little Big Town, Stanley Clarke & George Duke, The Black Keys, Daryl Hall & John Oates, Taj Mahal, and Wayne Shorter.
"Local" performers of note at Jazz Fest include Dr. John, Sonny Landreth, Allen Toussaint, Dumpstaphunk, Anders Osborne, Astral Project, Theresa Andersson, The Nevilles (Art, Charles and Cyril), Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Henry Butler, Marc Broussard, Los Hombres Calientes, Terence Blanchard, Nicholas Payton, Galactic, Mutemath, Davell Crawford, Trombone Shorty, Irma Thomas, Aaron Neville, and Pete Fountain.

- 2013 Jazz Fest Posters
The official 2013 Jazz and Heritage Festival poster features legendary New Orleans vocalist Aaron Neville. The 2013 Congo Square poster features another Louisiana legend, Stanley Dural, Jr. (aka Buckwheat Zydeco).
- No Mo' Papa Grows
Papa Grows Funk have announced that they will be taking an indefinite hiatus. The band, who has been together for over 13 years, will continue performing for another 6 months before going their separate ways. Be sure to catch them while you still can! See Papa Grows Funk tour dates.
- 2013 Jazz Fest Gala
The 15th annual Jazz and Heritage Gala is set for April 25, 2013 at the Hilton Riverside Hotel. Proceeds from the annual event benefit the Don Jamison Heritage School of Music. - Sync Up 2013
Sync Up - the Jazz & Heritage Foundation's annual entertainment industry conference - is set for April 26-27 and May 3-4, 2013 at the New Orleans Museum of Art. Featured speakers this year include NPR Music Director & Executive Producer Anya Grundmann.
