"Death Wish Blues" by NOLA resident Samantha Fish and Jesse Dayton was nominated for Best Contemporary Blues Album (Rueben Williams served as Executive Producer). 2024 additions to the Grammy Hall of Fame included "Ory's Creole Trombone" by Kid Ory's Creole Orchestra, as Spike's Seven Pods of Pepper Orchestra (recorded in Los Angeles in 1922).
