Blues legend Buddy Guy was among the Recording Academy's Lifetime Achievement Award recipients for 2015. Aaron Neville's classic single "Tell It Like It Is" was among the recordings added to the Grammy Hall of Fame for 2015. The cast of the Grammy winning music film "20 Feet From Stardom" also includes Mable John. The Robert Glasper Experiment was nominated in the Best R&B Album category for "Black Radio 2." The album features a guest vocal appearance by Luke James (on "Persevere"). Luke James ("Persevere") and PJ Morton ("Worries") have songwriter credits on the album. The Tim McGraw & Faith Hill track "Meanwhile Back at Mama's" was nominated in the Best Country Song category. The songwriters are Tom Douglas, Jaren Johnston & Jeffrey Steele. Johnny Winter's album "Step Back" was nominated in the Best Blues Album category [Grammy winner]. The album includes covers of Fats Domino's "Blue Monday" (featuring a guest appearance by Dr. John), and Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown's "Okie Dokie Stomp". The album "The Wolf of Wall Street: Music from the Motion Picture" is nominated in the Best Compilation Soundtrack For Visual Media category. The album includes Allen Toussaint's version of the Vince Guaraldi instrumental track "Cast Your Fate To The Wind".
